1. Have the children cut the ivory paper into circular cookie shapes.
2. Provide crayons and glue. Invite teh children to color the cookies as they like. Have them decorate the cookies further by drizzling a layer of glue on hte cookie and sprinkling the rice on top of the glue. Let dry.
3. Punch a hole at the top of each "cookie." Have them thread the yarn through the hole and tie the ends together.
